We understand that things just sometimes don’t work out. Please understand that many of our products are Hand Made and their imperfections are what sometimes makes them unique. Should you wish to return any item, we offer a 14 day return or exchange policy. This applies to all items in their original un-worn condition, with their original packaging and all tags still attached. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All sales are final after 14 days. Please send the items back to the address on your invoice. The flatter the item, the less expensive it will be to ship within Canada. If the item has a fault please contact us and we will work with you for the return of the item, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
