When you shop Nice Baby, you are supporting a community of talented and independent entrepreneurs.
What kind of products do you sell?
We specialize in locally made baby merchandise made by independently owned companies here in Vancouver as well as select popular brands handpicked by the Nice Baby team.
I am looking for a different print, color or size, can you help me?
Many of our products are unique. Please feel free to contact us with any special requests or custom orders. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Does Nice Baby offer any incentives?
We want to offer good deals to our customers. If you see something you like, do not hesitate to give us a call so we can arrange something special for you. 604.778.6048
What currency are your prices in?
Our prices are in Canadian funds. International orders will be converted to your currency by your credit card company. Conversion rates tend to change daily. A currency converter can be found at www.x-rates.com .
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship within North America as well as outside North America. Shipments to destinations outside Canada may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Import charges and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please refer to our shipping page for further information.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
5% GST tax to all CDN addresses, except NB, NS, NF, PEI
13% HST tax to all Canadian addresses in NB, NS, NF, PEI
7% PST tax to BC addresses, only on non-tax exempt products. (Baby and children’s clothing are PST exempt, but not toys and accessories).
When do you ship your products?
All in-stock products will be shipped within 48 hours. (Except during busy Christmas period, this may double).
Out of stock or custom orders may require up to four weeks to ship. We will notify you by e-mail if there is any delay, so you can decide if you would like to have this particular product back-ordered or canceled.
Can you send gifts on my behalf and do you offer a gift wrap service?
Yes, we do offer both services. However, we try to discourage the use of any extra or unnecessary packaging. Do let us know if your purchase is a gift, so we can ship it directly to to recipient. Indicate on your order form that the ‘Ship To’ address is different than the ‘Bill To address’.
For an additional $ 5.00 ( we will invoice you ) we will tastefully gift wrap your purchase and include a note. Please e-mail us with your special message.
